bras on this website are hand washed and hand decorated, and need tender loving care. As all other custom sewing jobs,
full payment must be recieved BEFORE the bra can be created. If there is a problem, it will be taken care of; we take
pride in treating all of our guests with respect and care.

the hand sewn details of your new bra). As stated in the return policy, without following these instructions, the guarantee

~Stretching may cause breakage of your hand sewn products. Other dangers to the dance
costumes might also include but are not limited to: ignoring the proper washing/care instructions, sun damage, chlorine/bleach,
washing machines/dryers, and the like.

Return Policy
All dance products are 100% guaranteed against defect in workmanship. If any product
is defective it will be exchanged less the cost of shipping of you sending it back. Unworn products must be returned within
14 days of receipt of product, for a full refund, less the cost of shipping. Non-Defective products, which have not been worn,
are not returnable for reasons of color and the like. The order will be filled (including custom sewing) after
receipt of full payment for product. After completion of initial discussion of colors, styles and sizes, product will
be custom made within 3-6 weeks and shipped at that point. All products you receive from us are new; some are hand sewn, prewashed,
and ready for use. Email us at WhimsicalTreasure@hotmail.com. In order to send the item back, if defective in workmanship, I will need to
be called/emailed and told the tracking number on the package and when it is expected to arrive. (Guarantee cannot be made without tracking number.) Please
note that International customers will be charged a standard shipping fee for all exchanges. That fee will be determined
by country and order size. All returned items must be in their original
condition with all hangtags and labels attached. Items returned in any condition other than in the original condition
sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. It is recommended that you send your return via an insured carrier.
We are not responsible for lost returns.
If the Care Instructions are not followed, the guarantee will be instantly null-in-void. Being a custom made dance bra and all hand sewn, this product is a hand wash cold, lay flat to
dry product. This is typical of MANY dance costumes. I always recommend that you wear the same size lace bra underneath the show bra. What this will do is collect the body-sweat from performance or competition, and enable you to wash the
lace bra instead of the show bra. Washing the show bra in a washing machine will
rip out the layers of beadwork and tassels on the bra, as it WILL get caught in the washer and be destroyed (one of my
friends already tried this, and destroyed the bra). Washing in hot/warm water
will enable possibly severe bleeding of the colors and shrinkage. The only way
to wash this product is hand wash cold, lay flat to dry, if this is not done, guarantee is null-in-void. This will also decrease any shrinkage. Respect
the product, and it will love you for a very long time!
